Pauses and repetition

Pauses should be kept just as precise as the notes.


	Four stroke whole note pause.

	Half note pause is 2 stroke long
	Fourth pause 1 stroke
	eighth pause
	16th pause
	Just like the notes, the pauses increase their value by 1/2 by adding a point
	Repetition mark.
	Play only 1st time. Play only 2nd time.
